Gallery of Standard Reports

Much like https://prospectsoft.aha.io/ideas/ideas/SPA-I-135 - we shouldnt just go on stuffing a standard sign-up database with more and more and more standard reports (like we did in v6) instead, we should put a few generic ones, and a few pretty-looking ones into each group, and then put all the rest into a Gallery.

Then, when the user clicks +Report, instead of immediately going into the report builder, first prompt a screen that says:

- Select a report from the gallery

- Copy and amend an existing report

- Create a new report from scratch
