Ability to Change Date Range for Pipeline Section of Sales Manager Dashboard

A customer would find it useful to be able to change the date range of the pipeline section of the sales manager dashboard. Currently this just defaults to showing all open opportunities with an estimated close date of this month. During the last week of the month this could be less useful, so a date selector for the estimated close date would be good.
