A few customers have mentioned that they would like to be able to set the same primary email address for multiple contacts within the CRM. Currently only one contact can have an email address, and the other contacts need this email address storing in the communications page for additional email addresses. However, it can be quite often that contacts could all work as part of the order team and all use the same email address. Would be good to have better handling of this in the CRM.
Note:We could post the duplicate email address automatically within the communications page. Instead of the user having to update this themselves.
