Save to CRM to check subject for record ID

A customer has mentioned that they quite often reference a problem or opportunity reference in subject lines when sending emails to customers. When the customer replied they then use the Save to CRM functionality to save in this email. More often than not the related search that the CRM does fails to find the correct record meaning the users have to copy the ID from the subject to search for it.

In short the idea it to enhance how the Save to CRM search works to ensure that the subject line is being looked at for the related items.
