Ability to customise/rename Hieracy titles (Company/div/ etc)
Some customers are confused by the terminology used in the CRM, such as division and would like the ability to change the title to something more specific such as (site etc)
We have considered this, but are concerned that it will make support and training much harder, and make the vast array of documentation we provide almost useless. So, at the moment at least, we are steering away from doing this.
Obviously, if it is highly requested and gets enough votes from a wide range of customers we will have to think again.
