Making report clearer regarding period reported on

Hi instead of saying "Last Year" which is open to interpretation, could we change reporting period to "Current Year" (Y in accounting terms) and then have "Last Year " mean the previous accounting period (Y-1) this would make more sense when we share our sales reports with accounting and budgeting .
