Ability to tag multiple Divisions or Companies in Activity

When adding activity regarding multiple contacts under a specific Division , it would be beneficial to be able to tag or duplicate this activity in each specific Divisions records.

Example:

" I met with Chief Smith from Newark, Chief Wills from Belmar & Chief Scott from Avalon"

You enter that activity under say, Newark Fire Department's Division and then are able to tag or attach Belmar & Avalon's Divisions.
