It would be useful to have it so that when a record of any kind is updated whilst it's recalled to someone, that person will get an update via email/the CRM.
Currently, the only way to do this is to re-recall someone to the record and unless you put a note of the update within the recall, it doesn't actually tell them what has happened.
This would mean that there would be time saved in having to re-recall them to the record to see the updates, as well as have faster response times to new activity in a record.
