Include conditional formatting on reports

It would be good if conditional formatting could be applied to reports.

For instance you might have a report of all customers and then you can choose to highlight just those customers where the account manager is Joe Bloggs.

The user could be given the option to highlight the cell that matches the criterion or the entire row.

The user could be given the option to choose the colour that is used to highlight the cell/ row.

The benefit of this is that:

• You don't have to apply a filter to remove all other companies where the account manager is not Joe Bloggs.

• It helps you to focus on the information that you are most interested in.

• Can potentially reduce the number or reports that need to be created and/ or reduce having to edit filters.

• Makes the reports more pleasing on the eye.
