It's great that when I click on the search field in Prospect CRM that I am shown a list of my most recent activities.
It would also be useful for users if they could also bookmark items that are important to them.
This will provide users with an easy way to access items that they access frequently and/ or that they will be managing for a period of time. It also allows users to better organise the items that are most important to them and access them quickly and easily.
