Record when the share tool is used

Customers would like to be able to record the record that has been shared, who it had been shared with and what had been said in the share box.

    I always have to copy and paste so that we can see who we shared to and what was said - seems logical that it should record it automatically or at least be an option to record to the notepad

When sharing a record with someone a note should be added to the activity like before

In version 6 if you notified someone from a record, it put an automatic note in the speak / recall window and allowed you to fill in who you sent the email to. It would be nice if the new share functionality did this automatically or popup a windo...
