Option to Remove Individuals (B2C) from Orders Report Tiles on Account Manager Dashboard

Some customers would like to use the CRM for B2B only and would like to remove individual sales from the orders report on the account manager dashboard. You can currently do this for RFM but it would also be able to have the same system option for the orders section.
