A customer would like the ability to see when a customer changed from one segement to another and be able to report on this. At the moment you are only able to see thier current segement in the RFM Anayalsis
I was just about to add this. We would like to use the RFM more to focus our calling on customers that may be moving down the list for example from about to lose to lost. You can go through the list of 'About to Lose' customers one day and the next day there may be another customer that moved down but you wouldn't be able to see that easily.
