Currently we just pass through the email address & phone number into the contact section of the Unleashed customer account when an account is created via the CRM. A customer would like to populate the following:
Name
Order Contact Flag
Invoice Contact Flag
Shipping Contact Flag
Mobile Phone Number
Hopefully as we see closer integration with Unleashed under the Access banner, we'll also see this becoming more closely aligned and with two-way syncing between Unleashed and the CRM. There is a lot of information required in Unleashed that is often overlooked when a new customer is created in the CRM - payment terms, credit limits etc.
