Report description

There should be an option to add a description to reports.

This is useful to have because if a system has a few reports it can get confusing as to what the purpose of each report is.

If reports have similar names having a description will provide additional information that is useful.

A description will let users know how the report is being grouped and filtered without the need to view the filter and grouping.
