I do not agree with the recent change that new contacts are automatically assigned an account manager (the person creating the contact). We deal with many 'one-off sales' who do not get assigned to anyone as an account manager. This 'new' function means we have to spend time 'un-assigning' them and is a bad move for my company. Prospectsoft need to create a toggle function so that the consumers who think its a negative move can 'toggle' this function off.
