As a user it would be useful to be able to change the name of columns in reports so that I can use a name such as name instead of description which might be easier for other users to understand.
Agreed, the column names (Row1) are being pulled from the fields and some are far too long like 'Problem Custom Fields Investigation'. It would be good to set the names ourselves so that each month when I download the report, the names are concise and always the same.
