The option to display 12 hour or 24 hour clock time in CRM.
Some customers may prefer to view times on the CRM (such as when you are setting a task) as a 12 hour clock. For users who do not regularly use 24-hour time it is inconvenient.
I would think this would be especially beneficial for your customers in the USA as we refer to your current time as "military time" of which we are not...
