Turn Division Country field to mutli-select for report filtering Merged

At the moment the country field at division level when filtering you have to type in the country you wish to filter by and only have the AND option. It would be better if this was a multi-select filter like opportunity status so the user can select the multiple countries they wish to filter by such as UK or France etc.
