Block recall dates for when out of the office or annual leave

it would be good for users to block out dates where they wont accept recalls (annual leave, training days, exhibitions etc), currently you can have a few days off then when you get back to your tasks you might have 10 overdue as recalls had been set during time off/away from your desk.

if you could block these dates out this would avoid returning to instant overdues.
