Send emails without changing parent to a contact

Currently if you create a record directly against the Company and not under a Contact you are required to change parent of that record to a Contact before you can send the email.

If there is no such contact then you are forced to make a Contact before you can get the email out.

It would be better if when a record was not under a Contact you were given to option to still send an email without changing parent by typing in the email address.
