Email editor - Improvements to the the spacing between GC blocks + Bullet pointing

A customer feels improvements should be made to the the spacing between GC blocks. Feels it's currently inconsistent, either too much or too little. Live preview often looks different from what you see on the editor screen. Same applies to the margins. Would also like to see improvements to bullet pointing to work similarly to MS Word for example
