Option to push CRM Quote through to Dear as Quotation

CRM Quotes currently just go through to Dear as Orders. A customer would like to also have an option to push a CFM Quote through to as a Quote within Dear. The reason being is that orders with down payments are completed differently within Dear so need to start as a quote within Dear first.
