As a user when raising a quote for a customer depending on the customers payment method an additional surcharge needs to be included in the quote.
At the moment this surcharge can be included by adding a product line item and manually entering the surcharge amount.
What would be good is if the user could specify the percentage that is charged for each type of surcharge option i.e. debit card, credit card, cheque, bank transfer etc. On the quote the user would then select the payment type and the system would then include the surcharge amount in the totals table.
The benefit of this is that the user is able to specify their surcharge options and fees charged. The user is then able to select the appropriate surcharge on a quote and the system will calculate the surcharge amount which reduces manual entry and the chances of entering an incorrect amount.
