CMS max file size (with override)

images from the filecache go through the resizer ... is there a maximum size we apply for either product images or filecache images? (probably would have to be careful with this but it could help to avoid silly sizes) ? and we could set it to a lower default if we had a special flag for anyone that wants to override this explicitly like AllowHuge=true

Some customers have web pages that are 15.4Mb when you include all image resources.
