Add an activity report to the Account Manager/Sales Manager Dashboard

A customer has suggested having an activity report on the AM/SM dashboard would be extremely useful for monitoring team member activity and for reporting purposes. A simplistic graph or chart to show outbound/inbound calls, emails etc

    It would be good if targets could also be attached to the report. i.e. show that Bill has an phone call daily activity target of 30 but the actual achieved yesterday was only 27.

    • Needs to show the activities that have been completed by the team showing who has done the activity, the type of activity and the activity notes. Pipedrive you can pull up a report or create a custom activity report that shows it in a bar graph - see attached. Below this graph you can click in to see the details/notes of the activities.

    Summary outbound/Inbound activity would be great. Would also be interested in CRM activity time assuming each new page or activity has a date and time.

    We've started to discuss this internally, only early stage discussion at this stage, but would welcome comments from anyone following/voting on this idea as to what exactly you would want to see in this activity report?

    What CRM activity/events should be included?
    Do you want to see a list of activities or a chart or what?
