Avoid Duplicate Companies Merged

Useful for the sales team not to add customers/companies that already exist within the system and/or are assigned to another sales person. Everyone benefits, should work similar to the current warning when an email address is inputted and the warning appears to say a contact is already using the email address but instead a warning or pop up to say this company already exists on the system and is assigned to "so and so".
