Ability to choose to Save an email to the CRM upon sending. At the moment you have to send the email and then go to the sent items to save back to the CRM

    Absolutely - agreed. Essentail.

    Also fustrating that we can't respond to an email in outlook with the templates in CRM. Thes systems are too disjointed.
