Add a filter Sum and Count on a collection

It would be useful to have "Where Count < or >" and/or "Sum of value < or >" a value from a collection.

For example "Show me all customers with a total order value greater than £10,000"

Or "Show me all companies who have ordered more than 10,000 of product-a in the last year"
