On New Sales Order, selecting sales ledger should move order under that division

For speed of entry, when creating a new sales order, when the user enters the sales ledger code, this should automatically move the quote to underneath the division where that S/L is under.  If there are multiple divisions associated to that S/L, it should prompt the user to select which division they want to choose.  If the S/L does not belong to a division, it should inform the user and ask them whether they would like to create a new division or map to an existing one.
