In the system settings section of Prospect CRM you can specify which options to show at the entity and global level.
There should also be an option that allows you to specify which users and/ or user types should be able to have the option to create certain entities.
For some customer they do not want all users to be able to create an account so it would be good if this could be restricted for some users.
Similar to the dashboard setting you should be able to select which users have access to create which entities.
