Almost all customers set targets for sales teams, in general these will be Annual or Monthly targets. we should add into the user management the ability to set these that only administrators can see. Then we should have standard reports which each sales person can view to see their targets and how they are doing against these. This is vital for many customers and sees like we could do this quite simply.
This would also be of use in house.
Please can you add by sales rep...my team are sales rep but not account managers and id love to be able to target them as they contribute towards the account managers targets
We're very much at the early stages, but have begun to build some preview "Goals and Targets" features. At the moment these are all sales revenue based (rather than activities like calls) but over time we intend to take feedback and expand the goals that are available.
Also, in this very first release the goals and results are only available for Admins to preview... but obviously after some initial feedback it would be the intention for teams to see their goals vs results on a dashboard or similar.
It would be good to have the outbound calls shown in the dashboard with the ability to show current v target or maybe have these in red if below target and green if on target (based on daily calls)
