Currently it is not possible to edit the default pipeline for quotes created under contacts. At the moment the default pipeline is always quick quote, even if you obsolete this pipeline. A customer would like the option to change this default pipeline and also have the option to not have a default pipeline at all. The reason being some users are forgetting to change the pipeline and select the right one for the type of quote that they're creating. By having it default to nothing the user is then forced to select the correct pipeline.
