People are used to having the division level as a summary of everything below. The notepad no longer is a summary and it would be good if we could have one.
In the past we discussed doing this, perhaps as another page on the division level which would have a left hand menu which would show all contacts, leads and problems that have notes against them. They would then be ordered by last updated (based on notepad), by clicking on it the notepad would load within the page, and if required they can then open the actual record. This would allow for easy review of things that are happening at a division.
The notepad on a division and contact now has a user setting to consolidate notes.
