Product Suggestions
At the quotation level, there is an option to "Duplicate" the quote.
It would be very useful if there was an option to also duplicate any "Relationships" that the quotation has.
In our system, quotations can be related to Inventory Equipment. When we duplicate a quotation, a lot of the time we would also like the Equipment related to the new quotation as well.
The option to include relationships during Duplication would also be useful at the Lead and Problem levels, but the quotation level would be the most useful for us.
This would be a great benefit to saving on valuable resource time in having to re-enter already entered information in our lead generation process.
This would be extremely helpful and reduce the work involved in an already administration heavy Contracts Renewal Process. Thank you
