Product Suggestions
A customer noticed during their testing that users now have the option to create a B2C contact record due to having access to all Prospect 365 modules. However, in their market they do not deal with individuals but instead always Business contacts. Therefore, they would like the option to remove the individual option from the global add button.
We would probably implement this a little more generically to allow for modules / feature areas to be turned off generally throughout the system.
