Include Delivery Method on the order confirmation popup

When confirming an order the delivery details pop-up window should include the delivery method field.

This will allow users to confirm the delivery method, often a user may have forgotten to enter a delivery method and having it available on the pop-up would be good especially if the delivery method field can be made mandatory on the pop-up.

At the moment the delivery method is only available on the delivery page.
