The cash account flag can be set against the sales ledger record in the CRM in the "settings" panel. However, there used to be a different setting used by the CMS to know which accounts are cash accounts at checkout. This CMS setting is now automatically updated and kept in sync with the flag on the ledger in the CRM. So, you should now be able to use this to set cash accounts, and you can also use this field in reports to see which accounts you have setup as cash accounts.
