A customer would find it useful to be able to exclude customers from the needs engagement report tile on the account management dashboard. Some of these companies may not have much interaction so do not need to be monitored in this section.
Being able to exclude customers that are lowvalue/low opportunity from the "Needs Engagement Report" or changing the number of days by customer, would make this report way more meaningful. At present lots of our rubbish customers show up in the report distracting us away from where our focus should be.
