Currently the vatregno field exists on the quote and division record, but it is not visible to the UI and is only used in the background for EC Vat.
We could rework this system in order to synchronise something into this field for every division and quote and label it the same as the field on sledger..
If the company has a ledger, copy the VAT registration code from the ledger to the division, and populate it on quote creation.
If the company/contact has no assigned ledger, it can then either be populated by the CMS EC Vat functionality (if set up) or filled in by the user on a per-company/per-quote basis.
