We have had this a lot recently. I think the one page order confirmation will sort this but I wanted to log this as a separate idea. When you confirm an order you should be able to set rules of what should be updated and prompt for these e.g. we need to update status, guttometer, estimated close date. These could be automatically updated on the confirmation of an order but would be best to get the user to check these and confirm.
