Creating a new business contact Merged

As an admin it should be possible to specify the following options on the new business contact pop-up window:

Specify which fields are mandatory

Specify which fields are shown


This allows users to enter all relevant data for a customer in one go and it allows any fields that are not relevant to be removed.
