Remove deleted delivery addresses in ERP integration

For cloud-based ERP systems we do not remove delivery locations that are deleted in the ERP system, as the API no longer returns them to us.


For most systems (QBC excluded I believe) the addresses are linked to the Customer record, and as there is no way to add delivery addresses manually in CRM, a "sync" import item may be possible to obsolete old delivery addresses in CRM that no longer exist in the ERP source data.
