The Customise UI ability is great, but when adding a new items you can only add fields or reports with one header line per section.
It would be great to be able to add a tip for the user on how to use the field that is being added.
This would allow us to prompt our users on the correct way to interact with the field and reduce the potential for human error.
This would be a great help in harmonising the content of fields when multiple personnel enter in data.
I agree the possibility of reducing human error is paramount to the success of using ProspectSoft effectively and competently.
