A customer uses the Leaderboard to monitor their sales person's progress but they sometimes have won opportunities that do not have a confirmed order underneath. This is because these are special orders that need to be processed via Opera. Currently these opportunities are not included in the leaderboard as it goes off the quotation sales person. We could have a system option to base the leaderboard off either opportunity sales person or the quotation sales person.
We don't necessarily roll all our orders over into our accounts software so it would be useful to either to include the opportunity being won as part of the totals on the leaderboards. Or perhaps more useful to be able to have an alternative way to mark quotes as successful but prevent them from being rolled into the accounts software. We have a number of scenarios where we win projects but handle the actual sales orders outside of the accounting software. We had hoped to setup 2 different pipelines that recorded a positive outcome but also marked the orders as complete/won without rolling them into the accoutns software.
