Option to Exclude B2C Retail customers from RFM Analysis
Our business is has both B2B and B2C therefore to manage our B2B customers more effectively and have an accurate report on wholesale sales we need the option to exclude B2C customers from the RFM Analysis..
I am assuming this existing system option has resolved your request, so i am going to close this as "already exists". But if you need something else either add a comment or log a new idea. Thanks.
Hi Lucia. There is an option that you can find by searching the System Settings for "B2C" which is called "Include B2C Contacts in RFM analysis"
If you set this option to "Exclude" then i think this will do what you want. We're also updating this option very shortly to exclude B2C from a few other areas of analysis too (based on other customer feedback).
So, give that option a try and let us know if that does what you need. I've also let Patrick (from our onboarding team) know that you've asked for this, so that he's aware and he may be able to help if you need any more assistance in this area.
