When a quote with quote-to-order workflow authorisation buttons is approved by the customer, but fails to confirm, an email is sent to the sales person of the opportunity, but it would be helpful to display a banner on the record saying
"This quote was approved by customer in response to quote document <link to document> but failed to confirm due to reason XYZ, please resolve this and confirm manually".
