When creating a new business contact and inputting the Main address for this contact, the lines the address is on does not auto populate into the same lines when creating a Sales Order for the same contact.
For Example; On Main address "City" is on Line 4, and "County" is on Line 5. However when creating a Sales Order this will auto populate so "City" is on Line 2 and "County" is on Line 3.
Please see attached pictures that show this.
Implementing this would prevent having to manually change the address via the Sales Order every time.
I beleive this has been resolved for you via our support desk. For anyone else looking at this in the future... there is a system option that defines whether delivery address lines are populated one-for-one or collapsed into the minimal number of lines (i.e. removing blank lines in the address block). The option is a little complicated at the moment, so if you think you need help with this please just contact our service desk or ask via the in-app chat. We've separately logged something to make this option easier to set in a future release too !
