When in Service, Problems, have an option not to show popups for the company that appears in the quotes/sales view.

The company uses pinned notes to display details for a customer such as "rural delivery" "cash account" or something similar. Have the option to suspend viewing of these popups as they are not relevant to a user who is only using the Problems section of the website.
