There are scenarios where changes to an ERP order book can result in erroneous increases in available stock, this is not a fault within Prospect, it is something which occurs in our ERP and I can imagine others also. These errors get corrected by an overnight reshuffle.
If we could prevent increases in available stock within a specified time window, but allow for a duration shortly after the overnight reshuffle then we would be in a better place and reduce the risk of over promising to a customer.
